WYCOMBE HEIGHTS
Golf Centre
As part of an in-depth review of its business model, making the venue an attractive destination to non-golfers, as well as a social place for members to enjoy, was key to the centre's redevelopment plan.
Hope & Co. was tasked with reviewing the existing clubhouse facilities and to deliver a feasibility report that ultimately would inform the design brief.
The proposals reimagined the existing spaces to create flexible areas for both informal and formal gatherings.

This included creating an relaxing and informal cafe, where the new menu offering small plate options provides variety and convenience for members looking to grab a quick bite to eat throughout the day. This is also a great meeting space for locals to drop in, and/or where business users can 'hot desk'. The interior design and FF&E needed to allow for this flexible usage.
The adjoining Lounge Bar, once a large living room that remained vacant most days, now offers flexibility and versatility for various club functions. The layout and finishes were carefully designed to bring a lighter, fresher feel to the space, enabling it to transform for varying needs—whether a quiet space for remote working in the morning, a catch-up with friends for lunch, or to celebrate a wedding on the weekend.

Members and visitors are thrilled with the refurbishment and the new spaces are thriving. Usage has increased dramatically and a new vibrancy has been brought to the overall atmosphere.
