Defining Your Interiors Brand

From there, we evaluate other key elements that will inform the design brief including: the best aspect, operational details and connections between functions and facilities.

Creating, Together

Part of the process can be working with focus groups, be it client-side and/or with a representation of members. Here, we can discuss ideas, allowing a broad cross-section of end-users - golfers, diners, swimmers, gym-users, card players - to participate in the design process. Through this involvement, they ultimately become ambassadors to the membership at large, helping to spread enthusiasm for the planned improvements.

Once we understand these, Hope & Co. develops concepts to achieve the right feel for each space. Working closely with the client, our experienced and creative team devises room treatments such as colour scheme, paint finishes, wallcoverings, soft furnishings and flooring.

These can be presented as design narrative(s), layout plans, moodboards, 3D visuals and imagery, as required so as to communicate the scheme(s) to key stakeholders.

Development of the design concepts follow, including the selection and specification of furnishings, fixtures and equipment (FF&E), as well as art and accessories to add finishing touches and stamp the interiors brand that was defined during the narrative stage.

Joined-up Delivery

Hope & Co. can also liaise with the wider site team ie architects and other specialist consultants including M&E, shopfitters, and/or main/sub-contractors, so as to ensure a joined-up approach and smooth delivery. This might include in the designing and specifiying of finishes and detailing of elements such as bar fixtures, countertops, lighting, lockers, vanities and sanitaryware, for example.

Hope & Co. then provides a full specification of product and suppliers, so the client's can procure exactly the right items, followed by personally guiding the on-site installation of FF&E, art and accessorisation.
