An established and bustling golfing venue, Birchwood's expansion plans into a country club that would incorporate a spa, pool hall and various fitness facilities was an exciting proposition.

Thanks to its stylish and innovative designs, Birchwood Park Golf and Country Club is now a market leader in the south east of England for both golf and leisure facilities.
A historic legacy stretching back to 1726, its mansion house architectural style, and a reputation as one of the UK's prestige golfing venues made the challenge of redefining Burhill Golf Club for a new generation, all the more compelling.

Following successful completion of the project, all this and more has been achieved, with Burhill being recognised by its industry peers and highly commended by the annual Prestigious Star Awards.

With a new GM at the helm, the golf centre was given an overhaul that extended across its different business functions, and included refurbishment of the clubhouse.
​
First on the agenda: creating a welcoming and contemporary café bar and relaxing gathering spot for the centre's members and visitors, as well as replanning the entrance and pro-shop to maximise the overall spaces.
